La consagrada artista Bonnie Tyler aterriza en Eurovisión 2013 para representar aReino Unido con la canción “Believe in me” (“Cree en mí”). A sus 61 años, esta impresionante rubia se vaticina como una de las grandes promesas de la noche eurovisiva.

Esta cantante galesa de música pop-rock fue escogida el pasado 7 de marzo por la cadena pública de la BBC. Su fuerza, potencial y experiencia son las grandes bazas de la artista.

Bonnie Tyler nació en Gales (Reino Unido) y lleva actuando desde los 17 años. Se confiesa fan de su madre, una gran cantante de ópera. Su larga y exitosa carrera la ha permitido trabajar con algunos de los más grandes escritores, productores y músicos. Canciones como "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" y "Holding Out For A Hero", se han mantenido como éxitos a lo largo de la historia musical. Ha sido nominada a tres premiosGrammy y ganó el Festival Mundial de la Canción de Yamaha.

La artista ha vendido más de 20 millones de discos a lo largo de toda su carrera. Es una mujer que vive de show en show y de gira en gira. Ama la música y se da a ella por completo. Actualmente, ha presentado un nuevo álbum, “Rocks and honey”, del que forma parte la canción de Eurovisión.
